My Experience at Government Office

My small period of experience in government department is very bad. I do not able to understand how they survive without working there. They work only if either they get some extra money out of their salary or forced to do so. I meet one Person named Dinesh Kumar, Programmer at Food & Supplies Department, Haryana – 30 Bays Building, Chandigarh, deputed by Hartron Informatics Limited, Chandigarh working their since last one year. He is MCA from university after completing his BA. He belongs to SC category so he got admission in University and completed his MCA. After which he worked as Teacher in some organization. The amazing thing is that he do not has the adequate knowledge of how to develop the software and also his aptitude level is less then 40%. So how department would expect good software from these sort of persons, this is small history of One Person. Now you can imagine that how’s govt. department works.
